The “Standard Plan” includes one (1) live video chat or phone call each month to review your next workout plan and answer any questions, while adjustments are explained.

The “Standard Plan” includes one (1) live video chat or phone call with our Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist each month to review your next meal plan and answer any questions, while adjustments are made.

THE PROGRAM

Includes highly customized workouts, nutrition coaching and direct connection with your Personal Trainer Coach/ you have unlimited access by phone or text messaging right through the Shaping U mobile app. The only difference between each program is the level of accountability and private coaching sessions with your personal trainer.

THE MEAL PLAN

After you enroll, you will choose between several meal plan paths: Balanced, lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian. Your Dietitian or Nutritionist coach will teach you how to best integrate them into your lifestyle and add variety as you go. Meal plans are calorie appropriate and based on a macro ratio of 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, and 30% fat with a variance of 15-20%.

I started my journey about a year ago I was looking for someone to help me with getting in shape losing weight and I met Brad. We started working together and I was shocked how much I can actually eat and not feel hungry, but then also losing weight and getting a leaner at the same time. Brad help me with accountability and with balance of what to eat and when to eat it. He checked in, he was punctual and we went through the menu for my meal plan many times to adjust what I like and I did not like. I really enjoyed working with Brad and I highly recommend him as I have been interviewed numerous other trainers and personal nutrition coaches. He is by far the best value and as long as you stick to the plan, and you’re honest, which is probably probably the hardest part, then you will succeed. I ended up losing 20 pounds and decreasing my BMI by 5% and a span of approximately 90 days. I feel much more energetic and healthy. Brad has been both a great nutritionist and fitness trainer. He is very responsive to different diet and athletic restrictions. Great guy with good advice about nutrition. I only took nutrition advice and he was always on point with what I need to eat. He has a lot of patience and passion in helping the clients to get to the proper diet. Even though I was trying to lift and trying to cut which are opposites I did good with both of them. If you need better health while trying to achieve your goals he’s the guy.
